Actually, i am just waiting for a valium to kick in before i take my sleeping pill. How many of the h2g2 staff and researchers would love a valium just now

The citalapram's quite good at helping to sleep too...
...only been on it for a 5 days or so, but my sleeping pattern seems to be quite in order now
