It was made pretty clear that the changes I made were not popular and I felt like Vultures were waiting for me ever time an edition came out, I wasn't in a good frame of mind then and I used to dread thursdays, in the end I gave the vultures what they wanted, my carcuss

as a editor/leader you are going to make changes that people dont like sometimes you just need conviction as long as you dont go to far and tell people they will have to like it or lump it geting peoples input on changes often helps and maybee intergrateing some of the ideas guess you are happy now your not doing it and its not worth doing if your not happy

Most of the writers were happy with the changes it was some of the more pedantic researchers that didn't like it

why it is been sorted out as you know i havent talked to reefgirl for a long while and it isnt so much private chat becouse i have mostly been finding out what has been going on in h2g2 and makeing a researcher feel that there not welcome to post on threads isnt very nice thing to do in my honest opinion
