I see it as a sophisticated satire on Microsoft itself.
The entries, like MS products are hastily thrown together with many omissions and inaccuracies.

Just remembered: got Windows 2000 to crash fatally (not difficult). It seems they wrote it in Microsoft C++... it gave me an Abnormal Program Termination when I doubled clicked the little W icon to close... it seems they don't like you turning Word off... smiley - smiley
