hiya hun....I think this might be a tad early for you to be wanting to be an ACE 
It comes with quite a bit of responsibility and you do need to have a good working knowledge of how the site works to be able to help people.
But, in the meantime, have a look around and familiarise yourself, come and ask me question if you want on what does what, why and all that, and perhaps when the italics are recruiting again, you might feel you're well versed with the workings of hootoo 
The italics will advertise on the front page, so perhaps keep an eye out there, but they have recently done a recruitment drive, so I would imagine it may be some 4 to 6 months or so before they do it again...
