ah, do you mean the bit on the y!group about revising/updating help/FAQ pages? yup, I think that is a good idea, although I expect it will be a slow, ongoing process.
speaking of which, I wrote this page on the EG (A3938628) that I'd love to get made into an official help page, eventually -- it's always bothered me that so much of this site revolves around the EG, but that we don't have any one page that really explains what it is for, only one about how to write for it -- only a small piece of the pie. anyway, if you have any comments on that one, drop me a line.

Though it is very unofficial, ever heard of the Frontpage Archiver < U230056 >, one of SEF's sockpuppets.
Hey, I am already part of the 'Collaborative Writing Workshop' thread 
However I do know of many pages in need of a complete update or overhaul, for now I think we should not start to add more entries to the total confusion.
Search for "h2g2 GuideML" there are even more, slightly hidden. But the completion aspect is for later, first there is a lot of cleaning to do. "
