I think there is probably non-offical smurf tarot.
the Smurfs are orginaly from Belgian. a lot them are Catholics. I do not think that Peyo, the cartoonist would have liked it.
you could always create private version as long as you do not sell it!

LOL... I think I won't put forth the time and effort.
Is it just me, or is a lot of the smurf culture Paganistic? They use magic... and wizardry... and they are a part of nature...

Smurfette would probably be the High Priestess, and the clumsy smurf would either be the Fool card or the Tower. I think more the Fool card
