We had a powercut this morning just as I was heading off to work at 7.30. It's only been back on for about maybe half an hour.

Only to be cancelled out by the food bill. I haven't yet plucked up the courage to look in the fridge or freezer

Dont go in the freezer!!! There's a 
on the loose who's eating all your food, when yo ufind out that he's eaten it by looking into the freezer - he pushes you in!
