Up until two weeks ago it ran at 50-60 at a busy time with 30 the usualI disappeared for a while and all this week it's been funnig at over 60 most of the time anmd only over 100 this afternoon. I think it was because the servers went down briefly and everyone wanted to get their daily fix at once

Depends. I went to my first addiction forum after about three days
When you have to answer every single forum on you page, or you make loads of forum postings every day or you do come back every day you not only become an addict but a fully fledged member of the community.

Probably when you've encountered 75% of the peoplein the who's online window and the other 25% are new is a pretty reliable indicator.

I know people who have their homepage as the first thing their browser comes up with when they log onto the net.

Its funny, I just heard about h2g2 on the radio!
One of the founders of the company was on BBC North.

They all log on here now and again to have a look at things but don't usually say much in the fora.
