Hmm, this day I appear to have agreed to run an SF convention. 
For a while now I have been moaning about the lack of a decent Scots convention and more and more I have threatened to run one. And lo, did an evil friend (or is that fiend) suggest Convivial, the Civilised Convention of Victoriana, Scientific Romances and other such stuff we'll think up later. So, I have mentioned it to a few, and am acquiring some feedback on my ideas. If this goes ahead, expect much moaning in the Post.
