THE 'ULTIMATE' PUB JUKEBOX

*Zarni appears thru the doors wheeling a very large crate....he proceeds to unwrap it to reveal a very big shiny thing with a little display and lots of shiny buttons*
*clears his throat*
OK everyone! this is the new model slect-o-mat 'Ultimate' Pub Juke Box MkII! It's very user friendly and will play any request from the know universe! Equipped with a sub-etha reciever and a memory the size of a small moon, it never needs new tunes loaded and will reliably play all your favorites! It's maintenance free and comes with a 10billion year guarntee! A popular feature is the big pointy arrow thing that points at the person who selected the particular tune that is playing! Share and Enjoy!
*puts his fave pub jukebox tune on and turns to leave*
Oh, I just remembered! For some reason it won't play anything by Picture House! The technical people are working on this but they've got a lot of work on at the moment, replacing the "very" pointy arrows off the (pre-moderation)MKI after several complaints from perforated clients!
*Zarni leaves quietly as the intro of Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple starts emanating from the Juke Box!*

Hmmph
*waits for Mr Z to leave and then creeps over to the juke box to switch it back to Kylie*
Yey! Quality music
Does the old thread still exist?

*comes into the room and starts bopping*
Ohhh! Cool, did I ever mention that Kylie once smiled at me and said "Hello!". I nearly fainted!
I see Tinkerbell has found the old thread! Please consider that thread redundant and upgraded here!
I've also discovered another small 'bug' in this new jukebox! It won't play anything by or with the word S-Club in it!

....WHO THE ARE SLIPKNOT....
Just remebered how the 'ol Jukebox thread used to work!!
Look ^^^
I wouldn't exactly say I met her! More a sort of almost bumped into her on stage for the Brits rehearsals! She was just wearing jeans and a jumper, but she looked gorgeous! I would have bumped into her if I hadn't swooned the other way!

Ha! I'm going to see Kylie at Hogmanay.
True, she may have changed her name to Absolut Kylie, but everyone needs a sponsor these days. As for the passing resemblance to a Glaswegian granny with no teeth and size 24 joggers, well if it stops the jukebox gestapo swooning at her feet then that's OK by me.
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Jukeboxennrecordplayenmachinen, eh Mr Z? I didn't fight for your freedom in two world wars so you could do what you like. No, I wore white feathers and got savagely attacked by German swantroopers - still can't walk right.
Oh yeah, I knew I'd came over here for some reason......
*unplugs the jukebox and pops it onto the back of a team of well-trained tortoises. Leaps on top and dangles a piece of limp lettuce in front of them and heads off in the general direction of the nearest landfill*
Oh the deadjuke stage is a'rollin' on over the plains, with his bumcheeks flappin', the driver is crackin' the drains.....

This is a multi function, mood enhancing and testing self configured infini-dem select-o-mat II !! What more do I need to say?
Apart from the interesting bugs in the program, which happen to make it not play anything that is really crap (Still woprking on that picture house bug!) I'm quite happy with it!
Goes to show ya don't it!
If somethings free, people think it's not worth having!!

Relax! That's easy for you to say Mr Z, after all you were Holly johnson in a previous life, but I'm stuck fast to this flock wallpaper. If I try and tear myself free I'll end up looking like some sort of Dr Who monster -cyberindianrestaurantman or something.
OK, OK I heard that. Who said, "What's new"?
Just to test your new-fangled jukebox, would you mind putting on QOTSA's Glitterband-feat-DonnaSummeresque Do It Again to see if it plays?

Is this the one you meant Chanty?
If so what is that weird one that I ain't ever tried?
BTW that wallpaper suits you, it should also help improve the Buckfast donations me thinks!
