It's a great pic of him, performing at Live Aid I think, though I do prefer drawins to pictures. Ah well, at least it's editors' choice.

oops! There's something wrong here. The family moved to Zanzibar just before Freddie was born. In 1947 they moved back to India. In 1964 there was a bloody revolution in Zanzibar and they were forced to flee. But weren't they living in India?

I've been trying to persuade my daughter to become a h2g2 Artist. She's very good!

I've looked at a number of different biography websites, and the one that says that Freddie went back to India when he was only 1 appears to be wrong. So I'll change the Entry as soon as the Editors get around to making it Edited.
