h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, how do I begin? Oh yes I know... God almighty! This is way over my head. More specifically I'm confused about adding pictures. If I wanted to add a picture of say... Jim Morrison I would do what? MAke a link? Making a fish doesn't confuse me. See? Hmm... Can you help?

You need to use the PICTURE tag to add pictures - you can find more info on the PICTURE tag here http://www.h2g2.com/A184961

The picture needs to be on the WWW somewhere & you'll need to know it's URL(address). You should really only use pictures that you have put on the www - unless someone gives you permission to use their images.

Here's an h2g2 image that I'm sure they won't mind you borrowing for practice - its URL is http://www.h2g2.com/B285855 (click on the link to see the pic)

You'd use it in the PICTURE tag like this


Try it & see how you go (btw you'll need to edit your homepage & make sure the page type is set to GuideML before you can use any GuideML tags)
