How do i put a pic thats not in the h2g2 library in my sapce??????

Assuming you don't mean one of the h2g2 pictures which hasn't been listed in the picture library (it does have gaps!), then you would need to use more creative methods, eg TABLEs. What you can't do is upload a picture from your hard disk to the site in the normal way, ie as many other bulletin/message boards and forums allow.
