Anyway, another reason you can't have random numbers from a computer is that you're trying to create an algorithm that does the same thing every time but returns a different output every time. One method is to use radio static, weather patterns, lava lamps (I'm serious, some group of people generate randomness from lava lamps), any other seemingly random thing, or a list of arbitrarily chosen numbers (too easy to crack).
The reason a human can't be random is because although we can be _arbitrary,_ we are merely extremely complicated machines that use chemical anologue algorithms instead of bin/hex digital ones.
