Hi Hyp,
I'm flattered to be asked, but I'm afraid I don't think I'll be there. For one thing, I was never any good at cricket at school. For another, Bristol is nowhere near Bradford (unless you're looking at an alphabetical list). But most importantly, the match has been scheduled for the very same week when my University course ends, so I think I'm going to be more than a little preoccupied. However, if you make it anywhere due north in the days after the match, I'd be delighted to meet up. Good luck with the game anyway!

Well, rats. To be truthful, I'm not sure what my schedule will be yet. But it doesn't look like I'm going north this time.
I ordered a dvd of the India/Pakistan test series. It's the only dvd I could find in the US. And a book called "Cricket for Dummies" which will be out in January sometime. I can't imagine what Pin was thinking saying I could play. 
I just hope I don't seriously injure someone. Maybe they'll just let me bat and not make me bowl.
Should be an adventure.
