Agreed on the Swedes-issue

The Duke of Dunstable

I'm a swede, I know how we behave. But you haven't drawn the shortest straw, Austria has. Swedes tend to go to the ski-resorts in Austria and behave really bad. There's been miles and miles about it in the papers here for years...

I think I'm the only Dunstable in Sweden...
I stole the name from a character in P.G Wodehouse's books; Alaric, Duke of Dunstable

In the bit of Denmark (south Jutland) I come from the Germans are far more disliked than the Swedes, especially during the holiday season, when they swarm over the beaches, naked and hairy!!

One of my most frightening memories of childhood, was on the beach and seeing what looked like two bears, then realizing it was too very fat, extraordinarily hairy people getting down to it on the beach. *shudder*.

And you meet a lot of those, do you? You move in strange social circles. smiley - smiley
As Socrates would say; All things happening to you are details in a scheme, apt to make you the individual you are supposed to become.

Aaah, Alaric! What a man! Still, he'll hardly mind you stealing his name now, will he?
I've always fancied myself as the Duchess of Blandings, but I haven't got the weight.

Or maybe Galahad would be more suitable? No! Wait! Sir Gregory, of course! he's one of the funniest characters, next to the Duke of Dunstable.
