08/10/99 ARAD9 - Researchers might be unskilled writers

Another pitfall for a 'free-wheeling' method for gathering content is that researchers might have highly useful and interesting content to contribute and yet be simply awful at presenting their work.
This is the editorial process again.. and I congratualte h2g2 upon their suggested mechanism. I wonder is there anything else that can be done to help the 'budding researcher'.. in the interests of maximising the quality of the h2g2 content.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
