This is a message centre for members of the h2g2 Musician's Guild to notify me of any gigs that they are doing. Please get along and give them some support.
If you are posting gig dates, make sure you include:
Name of Band (Or group that you represent)
Date,
Venue,
Town/City,
Admission fee (if applicable),
Start time.
Also a breif description of what you do/play so that anyone who does come along will know who you are. All simple stuff

OK here we go:
Name of Band : Kaminari Taiko (Japanese drumming group)
Date: April 21, 2001
Venue: Downtown Houston for the International Festival
Town/City, Houston Texas of course!
Admission fee (if applicable), $8
Start time. Parade begins at 12 noon and runs throughout throughout downtown
Stage performance begins at 2PM on the International Stage

I'm just glad we have a float for the parade.. the thought of lugging those 100 lb drums for 2 miles ....*shiver* Especially the big o-daiko.. its 5 foot wide and 7 feet long. Now THAT'S a drum!
