I made an nuisance of myself in another thread. And something I hoped for died. At least it seemed to me it did. I might be wrong, but I've done it before. Wanted something so much my mind couldn't cope and went into meltdown to deliberately ruin it for myself.

For the first time from as far back as I can remember I had an emotional outburst and exploded at this researcher for absolutely no reason whatsoever only a few days ago at a thread that was very public but that I had only been on for one measly little day.

But concerning the thing you hoped for, I'm sure nothing has died and everything will work out for the best. Wanting something so badly that you end up tripping doesn't neccessarily mean that it's doomed since it happens all the time and to the very best of us (as you've demonstrated since I truly think of you as the best of us).

And now I'm a failure as friend...
Something very important has just come up and I am forced to look into it, meaning I have to get off the computer and drive to the otherside of town.

I'm having the greatest day.

I woke up at 6:00 this morning, and for the first time, actually felt rested.

And last night I went to this cocktail party and met this gorgeous and brilliant girl who lives only half an hour away. And we talked, and we joked, and we drank, and we laughed, and then she kissed me! And then she kissed me again!

And then I took two exams today which I know I aced, and now I have one more to go, but I don't mind because I feel so prepared and good and happy and a little hungry, but it doesn't matter, because everything is great. Everything is great!
