Why do I have a feeling that everyone who is interested in Pokémon except me and YK has decided to quit the h2g2?

At last! Somebody else who is interested in Pokémon! Sorry that I've not seen this, but I only recently joined up to H2G2! I'm very interested in Pokémon, and I'm looking forward to Pokémon Yellow coming out in the UK, and I'm also looking forward to when we receive Pokémon Gold and Silver! I am a 14 year old Nintendoid, and I am NOT ashamed about confessing that I like Pokémon! The only thing I don't like are all those little brats who think that they know everything about Pokémon because they watch the cartoon, and those who claim to be fans, when they only go on about Pikachu! But since you are bringing up the names that are Mewtwo and Mew, I guess you're pretty cool Pokémon fans!

Gold and Silver come out in America in September.

You lot are extremely lucky. The only thing that I hate about England (besides the 365/366 day a year of infernally cold weather) is that great games like the Pokémon games, and others, don't get released here for ages! I mean, why does it take so long?!?

The reason all those great games take FOREVER to reach the UK is because japanese companies regard us as a 3rd place market, knowing they'll sell more in the home market and in the US. So it takes longer for them to get off their asses and regionalise the game.
