OK, I've figured out how to get this one past the Captcha censor, so I'm putting it back into Peer Review.

Well you are enviably determined! You seem like a postman working out ways to get letters into a letterbox despite the attentions of a snapping dog.

This is well-written and interesting.
I'm not sure it would make me want to go there, though. I want to know about the Topkapi palace instead.

The Topkapi palace is well worth a visit. It's described in the Top 14 Sights of Istanbul entry.

A very straightforward and helpful description about something most people will not have heard of. Maybe you could clarify that it was the Ottoman empire that Ataturk and his chums threw over. This is mentioned earlier, but it may not be obvious to eveyone.
There is ab 'l' missing in 'should' towards the end.

A good Entry, helpful and informative.
In the sections about the three parts of the buildings, where you talk about the ceremonial hall I'd add a link to your Entry about Greek temples. Or add a footnote to explain what Corinthian is.
I've never heard 'trompe l'oeuil' before, but maybe it's common knowledge in English.

I would have thought "trompe l'oeuil" is a well-known term in English.

I see that I've misspelt it. It should not have a 'u' in it.

I've added a footnote explaining Corinthian columns, and have put a link in that footnote to the Greek Temples entry.
