You can easily soften clauses like that, by saying things like:
"we reserve the right to act unilaterally, but this will not be unreasonably applied" or something.

It's probably easiest to catch them on a readthrough of the document, Lil.
We don't know what they're planning in any case, but I do note that a long-loan copy of Das Kapital was checked out of Edinburgh Public Library on the day Z announced the formation of the Business Team.
(Should have saved that one for the journal, shouldn't I? )
