I know it's just Monday and I'm not properly awake yet myself - first day of work after 2 weeks of holidays - but I have something every Community Artist should read.
All the time a lot of discussions about how to improve work processes, solutions for problems of various kinds and general ideas are going on in the so-called 'behind the scenes'. One of these discussions of the team leaders led to a document that in fact states the obvious but we thought it would be good to have it written somewhere. The result is a Volunteer Code Of Conduct for all volunteers on h2g2.
