Chocolate chip cookies don't make very good spoonerisms. Nor do custard creams.
On the other hand, dammy jodgers have a certain something going for them, as does shoot frortcake and tich rea.
Garibaldi was an italian, and nothing to do with biscuits... unless he was a politician.
