Not unlucky this year for me as it turned out today.
I applied for a part time job.
Got a letter saying i was through the 1st round and they were going to get back to me.
Jobs a good 'un.

they rang me back at lunchtime today, informal meeting on wednesday next week.
even better.

what a horrible day to have to go to an interview.
got on the bus, got off 20 mins later.
had to walk over a mile in the pouring rain so i was soaked when i got there.
really short informal chat about the job.
walked back to the bus stop.
came home.
never heard from them again. how rude to not even write back & say "sorry, unsuccessful"
