Well firstly let me welcome you to Peer Review. 
There is already an entry on San Francisco in the Edited Guide at A253900, but since that entry is so short (by todays standards) that it could do with an update.
Unfortunatly your entry is too short and would need to be expanded greatly to be considered. I suggest that you look around the site and see what size of entries we're looking for. You can find a lot of entries based on US cities at C88 to help you get the feel of the sort of thing we're looking for.
