there are 2 ways to go about becomeing famous
the easy way: get a/some homie(s) that are well known in the music biz , get him/her/them to let you or your band to open for them
the hard way: work work and WORK, advertise your self(s), try to get a gig yourself, and start smaal ya know, become a local thing, work on national fame later, until you get nationaly known, don't even think international.( this is possible, in fact ther is at least 1 band i can think of that did this,ICP pulled it off, so give it a try)
the hard way is probably more fulfiling
