It is not particularly warm up here in today, nor is it particularly bright, but it isn't particularly bad out either. Och, anything other than blizzards, arctic chill, lashing rain and howling gales counts as temperate in Aberdeen. If the sun only shines on the righteous, then Aberdeen's granite walls must conceal all sorts of malignity.
I don't want this to become a cat journal, but our new puss has started manifesting a most peculiar personality trait - she is fascinated by our watering the house plants. She hears the water sloshing in the bottle, and rushes through to stick her nose into the freshly-watered earth. We have plants in every room, and she rushes from room to room to get the 'warm water perculating thru' organic muck' savour.
Enough.
