This is a smallish room located off to the right of the Grand Inquisitor's Office.
You are here either becuase LeviPuma has let you in, or you are to be tortured / tickled (or both).
The first thing you notice is LeviPuma's pet gimp in the corner...screaming mildly and occasionally moaning...for no apparent reason.
The second thing you notice is the huge torture rack the takes up the majority of the space in the room (perhaps this should've been the first thing you noticed?? 
)
Finally, you notice that actually, the room contains a lot of plasma screens and Xbox's...Hmm...maybe this is the Grand Inquisitor's games room??
