Although there is a suggestion list at <./>Development-Smileys</.> where you should have posted, the list is currently closed to new suggestions anyway. As you'll see if you click on that link, it was getting very long. I don't know if/when the next batch of smileys will be created.

That would indeed be a nice one.
As you may have seen on the smileys page, there are no smilies added to the request list at the time.
But there are already requests for
Maybe one of those wil be implemented before the list is re-opened.
