Currently researchers can only out of forums. Sometimes this si to go change something or check something and maybe they want to run back and say that it is done or waht the answer is.

Howabout a smiley to acheive this.

With the number of reversed smiley's we're getting something tell me that Jim just needs to implement a generic piece of reversing code which sticks the image through a quick filter (cached of course), if the smiley is spelt backwards.

Find an interesting thread and just post to conversation or create one of your own.

No probs plus I replied to one of your other threads as well.

Leaving yourself messages doesn't work nearly as well as going to the right person's space or replying to an existing conversation.

Mind you, when you get some people to put you on their friends list, starting entries in your Journal would work this way.

Or add some freinds to your list once you meet them and see what they write about. Or go to Ask h2g2 and post a question, bound to get respoinses that way.
