I wanna Smiley in a tutu...

My boyfriend is notorious for running around chatrooms in little other than a pink thong and a tutu, so can i have the smiley for him pleeeeeeease!!!???!!!

Unfortunately the smiley request/suggestion list is currently closed. It was getting far too long. There is < diva > and < fairy > which might do. Otherwise you could create your own text one, eg :o)+{>= (that one's not very good though).

Any idea when it'll be open again....
or even IF it'll be open again...??

It will be a while - first, a significant number of the current ideas have to be either drawn and implemented, or discarded. However, since h2g2 currently has a really very large number of smileys, it's getting to the point where we can argue 'why do we need any more?'

Also, if all smiley ideas became smileys, we wouldn't need many actual words at all.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought you were after an icon for Archbishop Desmond Tutu (nice guy BTW) and wondered if it would see much use! Ever since I arrived on this I have been demanding a pig icon so I could sign my messages

For the pig, other people use things like :@) or :8)

Pigs are nice, don't get me wrong. Personally, though, I can't imagine why a penguin wasn't done in the first place. It seems such an obvious choice (not that I am bias).
