You can call me TC Started conversation Dec 10, 2002
In a one-woman campaign, I would like to suggest the utterly invaluable and fits all requirements
a. it expresses something that when speaking can only be expressed by eyes and facial expression, but not by words
b. is probably fairly easy to design
c. will get regular use and serves a very important purpose, and is exactly what a smiley should be and do - qualifies the statement it follows.
Please hear my plea.
(<not tongue in cheek, but serious>
Then I have another question. Which smileys are used most. Can statistics be produced to show the most popular, most used, etc. And which are lesser used? Is it because they are less well known?
I'm going to re-introduce a few by including them in my name over the next few weeks to see!

hmmm. i thought i had seen it (that always happens, i remember something has come up before, but i can never remember where ) Why wasn't it added to the list then?
Can an italic make an exception and add this to the list, as it was suggested before the list was closed?

And as an addition, Abi posted in there too, so the italics knew about it.

I guess she didn't add it because she wanted to know why she (hang on, this is really annoying, my space bar is squeeking! ) hmmm.. not sure that helped, well, maybe, its not squeeking as loudly now.
Now, where was I? Ah yes, abi didn't add it to the list because she was waiting to find (oh no, it's started again ), er... oh, to find out what it was going to look like, that has been answered though.

Mina, she is much more likly to listen to you, and if you tell her face-to-face then we won't have to wait for her to find the msg on her PS.
Stats? What stats? Are you sure this is the right thread?

Oh yeah, that bit. Sorry, there is annother thread about stats that i'm involved in atm, it's very confusing. So, Mina, you know anything about smiley stats?

Okay, I've shouted at Abi, and she belted me. Ouch.
I think we've had the question about smiley stats before. I'll have a mooch around and see if I can find anything.

Abi Posted Dec 12, 2002
The reason it wasn't added to the list was no one had come up with an idea of how it would actually look, but as Mina has shouted and I am now deaf in my left ear, I guess I could add it to the list.
