I know that Slaughterhouse-Five has always been his best known, but I always prefered Cat's Cradle to it. The moral I picked up from it is: humanity has always found a fiddle to play while Rome burns, whether it is Dr. Hoenniker playing Cat's Cradle during the Hiroshima bombing, or the island of San Lorenzo playing at forbidding Bokononism. Kurt Vonnegut is one of my favorite authors, and your article is very detailed, thank you.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
