It looks like things are afoot with Jim Lynn, though we can't say anything. I think it's worth continuing to discuss a community consortium as a back up plan. But...feeling more hopeful now..

Well, we were already assured that plans were afoot. That tells us little more than that "something happened", so I'm not getting too excited yet.
