Your router is configured, so you could just configure the computer with the same key, and see if they can communicate then.

Yay! I'm connected! No wires needed either. It took me a while but I got it.

I've now got Skype up and running. Much easier to set up and a lot less painful.
Now, if my sis in Canada would ever log on...

I got Skype ages ago for the NZ crew, but like you say they're never online at the appropriate moment so I've never used it.
Luckily, didn't invest in any expensive VoIP phones yet.
