However, I would recommend that you use your User Space to tell everyone on h2g2 a bit about yourself rather than posting an essay there. Maybe you'd like to convert your writings into a Guide entry?

Thank you for the welcome. On the Message Boards my screen name is ‘BornAgain’. When I created this page it wouldn’t accept that name as it s already taken. Presumably by me. Can you help please to change this h2g2 name to ‘BornAgain’ so there is consistency?

Sure thing Simply go into the My Preferences section on the menu and you can change your name there. Remember to hit the Update button though!
