Ive just got back from seeing Penny...
She has changed my medication 
Its stronger...
Hopefully this will help me
I was weighed also..
Im 54 1/2 KGS...
Im losing more and more weight....and im glad...
We spoke loads today, and i feel slightly better...
Yeah....
I told Penny i didnt think i was getting better, she told me to keep going...
Am i getting worse??

Wait and see how the medication goes. A lot of what happens now is fine-tuning.
Losing weight is not so good. Look at it as finding a middle way, though - you're underweight, which only means that the textbooks say you should put more weight on. The fact that you're pleased with it isn't necessarily a bad thing, and it could possibly even be a result of something that's already being treated with the medication - once that starts working optimally perhaps you'll put weight on too 
And in the meantime I think you need as much love as possible
