it's been so long that I submitted my journal entry as guide before realising my mistake smiley - flustered

despite a long hiatus and perhaps because of it away from writing I am launching upon a new writing project that I hope would have planned out before nanowrimo begins and the corset of my school year tightens ... Mentor inspired it by letting me read a transcript on gods but more on that to follow once I'm more organised

I may have exuberance but I want motivation and gumption. RP with help of Vera and Russ my Novice quiz/welcome letter is turned in on DM, and I caught a break on Mirrors thanks to Wondrous Sister.

look here it's still summer and I'm already ready to take on active learning... here's to hoping I won't rot in "higher education"

how many times can a person rightfully nap anyway? I know it's too much when I start ranting about Shakespeare's characters when they die again. It's just that the oaths such as O Slave are so dramatised. On the other hand it's theatre.

Been too much drama in life of late, but the changes aren't that bad. A friend would say "nostalgia ain't what it used to be" and since he's a lot younger than I am the remark cracks me up. Then again I could be emotionally ... slow *note to self*

I'm wrapped up in Leo's book on Living, Loving, Learning, which is a fantastic relief (I've been reading Gone with the Wind over and over to try and examine my feelings toward that sequel Scarlett)

College wise, my roommates are Elizabeth and Lindsey, but I won't know where I'm housed until after I get home in two days after rendezvous with my dad who I haven't seen in really all too long. Laundry's so expensive at Bowdoin that I'm tempted to buy my own washing machine. I could use my 2.50 a load to buy text books so there.

Last day in NYC where would I go? Past few days I've been to the beach when it's stormy and that was exhilaratingly fun. Hopefully I get to go to the 42nd street public library though. I want to finish reading Heller's A Portrait of An Artist as an Old Man, which is a gem and am continuing the quest to keep looking for Bart Yates' new book. smiley - wah Leave Myself Behind was really moving and I always had a soft spot for characters named Neil (I think, it's been a while).

My best friend's in England on vacation having a terribly good time, and soon the older brother might be talking to the football. smiley - biggrin Today I looked up lyrics to My Selene and what I sang from the impression I got was totally different from the ones posted on Sonata Arctica's site.

It's funny in a particularly weird fashion that as I start enjoying metal more (not that hated word tolerate!) Ephe listens to the Les Miz songs now! Well, some changes are good. Only death is the beginning of a state of unchange and all.
