h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

My birthday is april 11 or 411 which is also the same number used to get to information on the telephone in the US. I wonder if this somehow has meaning in my personality, many of my friends have told me that whenever they want to know something they can always call me, I usually know. I'm not especially well educated, I just remember nearly everything I hear, and I watch a lot of educational television, and everything I read, and I read an awful lot. Until I was about 18 I never found this to be any sort of advantage what so ever. Mostly I got made fun of for the things I said, so it didn't seem to help me much in my day to day life, but all of the sudden it seemed like people liked me just for being smart and knowing things. I'd really like to know what's up with that, it's left me rather confused even years later. What prompted that sort of change, why at this age did intelligence become a sort of comodity
