Think I'd have a fire extinguisher with that slaw!
But cauliflower sounds nice.
On an NPR food show "The Splendid Table", the host was suggesting to the caller that he try an Asian flavored slaw to use up a spaghetti squash. A bit of sesame oil, and some rice wine vinegar; I'm sure garlic was in there, maybe onion. You might want to experiment along those lines with yours.
I'm having to drag the basil pot indoors at night lately. I might go looking for recipies to use it up.
