Ahem. Well, that was cathartic. Always end the week on a good tirade.
It came out before I could stop it, but the bit that makes me laugh in retrospect is "Don't ask me! I'm not the organ grinder! If I was, there'd be a lot more people round here with ground organs!"
It comes as a bit of a shock to people when I start ranting like Mussolini, because I'm usually really laid back. I heard one of the newer people whispering, "does he really mean it?"
Then a whispered answer, "At least partially..."
I learned how to silence a meeting, anyway: threaten to grind up people's organs.
Everyone walked out calmer and happier then they went in. Some things needed airing!
