At the moment, for the first time since...well, since I was self employed (
), but before that around 2004, I have a boss I actually rather like!
I don't mean a walkover. I mean one who takes her job seriously, and doesn't get in the way of me doing mine. One who goes in for "getting shit done", more than for using the right buzzwords. And on a personal level, one who you can sit in the same room as, without having murderous thoughts. (The last one departed just in time to avoid being fed through the shredder. 
)
It makes work so much better for everyone if you aren't a 
to one another. I really don't know why more people can't grasp that. It seems like a statement of the obvious.
