- I concur, and going forward, I see definate scope for redoubling and growing in this engagement, its fluidity, and thusly going forward, surely passion for the engagement can only grow more....

I've just been to the local food co-op to get some... well, food, obviously. While I was there I heard an announcement over the Tannoy (there's one for the teenagers): "Will the produce team please gather at the back door for a huddle. Produce team to the back door for a huddle."

No doubt for the daily reminder of the mission statement and core values, or perhaps to action a paradigm shift with incentivisation. Sounds like a win-win situation to me with all those feet on the ground

It's just called a smoke break in our place...

NO doubt, the urgent requirement, going forward, for a group huddle, at the back door, was to aid fluidity, and increase engagement across a store wide, cross-sectional, sideways cross-section of the store facilitators... or... well whatever it was... sounds kinda kinky to me
