Oh dear me, this comes up all the time in conversations I have with my friends. Barely a conversation passes without mention of the Peking Homonculus, a mannequin with the cerebral cortex of a pig from the Doctor Who story The Talons of Weng-Chiang.
Amongsts Doctor Who fans, this word is never out of common usage!
