Good grief, how many countries are in it these days? I think I counted 39 in that list. Figure on three mins per song plus a minute or two between each one, plus show intro, plus tallying all the votes, plus hearing the winner again, plus the outro, that's... that's got to be at least four hours! 
I think there's clause in the Geneva Convention against that sort of thing, not to mention the European Convention on Human Rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as the bit in the US Constitution about cruel and unusual punishment.

I think that was all of the 'proposed entries' some of them didn't make it past the semis, I was just catching up.
I loves me Euroviz and my middle son will be here, drinking beer and laughing along with me. What the rest of the family do is up to them.

If Greece won they'd have to host it next year, which would quite possibly be the last straw for their economy which would collapse, and the Eurozone would fall into a black hole
