Just watched our boys win
What a match! When Croatia scored first I thought it was going to be another fiasco, why on earth do I care so much about what is after all'only a game'as The Boss will insist on saying
Went to the writers group this afternoon and I have been asked to lead the next one. That means I have to keep things moving and make sure the discussion doesn't flag, and find a topic for us to write about.
Once again the weather is great. Storms forecast for tomorrow. We'll see.
The Boss has no pain today so this morning she did a load of housework against my advice. I do worry about her but she is a tough lady and will do what she will do. I did my bit I scrubbed the garden path, it was a bit messy because when I garden I tend to spread muck everywhere and leave a mess. It's much the same when I cook actually

Old Motty`s "well I think we are safe enough now" type of comment drive me and my good lady wild! Silly to think that comments like that could actually affect the result, but, no point in tempting fate, is there?
If you could manage to arrange for some good weather in a fortnight`s time, I`d be grateful.

As I am A Cornish Wizard and master of all things impossible I will take my clothes off and do a sun dance around a cornish piskie to ensure you have two weeks unbroken sunshine.
Me and The Boss HATE stupid football reporters who make comments when the game is on. We are not so stupid we can't see who is doing what on the pitch. You're right fate should not be tempted

Just one week will do, though, at the risk of "tempting fate" our record over the years has been pretty good

We have had enough rain today to last a month so I expect you will be alright when you get down here.
I couldn't find a piskie so didn't take me clothes off!
I'm getting to old to do myself a mischief. 2 years ago I fractured my spine on a trampoline so I am now very very careful in all I do.
