Single Track To Nowhere Popped Along…
WordBlindProes Started conversation Nov 22, 2004
Thought I’d pop along to your PF and have a look at a few pieces. And maybe leave a comment to show I’ve been along. That idea was fifty minutes ago and I started with ‘Rage Against Time’…hmmm wasn’t sure…moved on (with a little, okay this is average). Read next in the list, ‘It Makes Me Angry As Hell’…totally enraptured, and this is anger? Bloody hell, wish I could get angry like that….Right, moved on to ‘Rain Spill’ and I’m hooked, left spinning like a fish dangling on a line…had to move to the next and the next and the next all the way down to ‘To Be or NOT to Pee’…
Right, not got much to say but…Just think I’ve found my first wordsmith on this site. I’ll give you one thing, you’re totally consistent. I know I’m no good at poetry, I tend to like prose. Don’t read a lot of poetry…but you’ve nearly got me converted. Your use of language is fluid, smooth and the rhyme is magical…at most points I found myself completely immersed in the words and pictures you’ve created. This is a great collection of work and should be given as recommended reading. If I’ve left any doubt, absolutely love your writing and will be here again waiting for more.
Thanks for the read.

Welcome WordBlind,
What an honour to have you visit and thank-you for taking time to read and leave such a really lovely message. You've made me blush!
Actually when I spied the title, 'Single Track...', I thought, 'Aha! It's the guy from Lynda's poem who reckoned same as!'
I'm glad you read and enjoyed, that means a lot and I will return the favour to your port later this week. It is always good to know that there are folks out there reading, and you've made my day!
Sláinte,
Jen
