Nope. I came up with Azur's name (if i did. I can't remember) through the following process: 1.) Spanish word for blue = azule. 2.) Remove the e. 3.) Change the l to an r in time honored japanese tradition.

No i'm pretty sure i made up the Azur and then stole Scart from the random name generator on FF1 + 2.
