I agree. I can't believe you're only 17! What will you be like when you're 35?? I recognised the Nick Hornby - never even heard of the other bloke... Just keep at it and you will crack it.

Chuck Palahniuk wrote FIGHT CLUB, SURVIVOR and various others. I love the way he writes; it's dark, vaguely philosophical, bitter, blackly comic and really very deeply sad in places. I'd really recommend it... the book of FIGHT CLUB is quality.

I have to confess I didn't know there was a book base to Fight Club. Haven't seen the film either. I will now make it my business to do both in the very near future!
